GL Sciences offers silica-based SEC columns featuring diol phases for the separation of large molecules in both aqueous and organic modes. Our portfolio includes both Inertsil and ProteoSil SEC columns, available in multiple pore sizes to support a wide molecular weight range. These columns provide high resolution and operate at higher pressures than traditional polymer-based SEC columns.
